What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Specific inclusions vary by service type — sunset cruises include premium beverages and appetizers, while corporate charters include meeting facilities and business catering options.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May–September). For corporate events and special gatherings, booking 4–6 weeks ahead ensures better availability and allows time for customization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions aren't suitable as judged by our captain, we'll suggest an alternate date or issue a complete refund. We keep a close watch on the weather forecast and will get in touch with you if adverse conditions are predicted 24 hours prior to your set sail.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Yes, guests may bring their own food and refreshments. We also provide excellent catering services with menus tailored to your preference. Note that for safety, glass containers are prohibited on board.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
Our goal is to be inclusive for all guests. Certain yachts in our fleet offer better features for accessibility than others. We ask that you discuss your specific requirements during booking so we can guide you to the most appropriate vessel and organize the necessary accommodations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests made over 72 hours before departure are refunded in full. Those made between 24 to 72 hours in advance receive a 50% refund. Within 24 hours from departure, the booking is non-refundable except in cases of unsafe weather conditions or mechanical problems from our side.
